We are incredibly excited to open the doors to our new network. Whether you are here to launch your career, find incredible talent for your team, or mentor the next generation of professionals, you are exactly where you need to be.

Here is how we use this space:

For Talent: This is your safe zone to practice interview skills, get feedback on your Live Résumé, and connect directly with inclusive employers.

For Employers: Discover amazing candidates, share your onboarding strategies, and network with other businesses leveraging WOTC tax credits.

For Mentors: Share your expertise, coordinate support, and help us celebrate the big wins when our candidates land the job.

Your First Step:

Please introduce yourself! Keep it simple: tell us your name, your role (Talent, Employer, or Mentor), and one thing you are excited to achieve this week.

Let’s get to work. Connect. Work. Thrive.
