Coming Soon: A New Way to Explore Your Patterns

We’re developing another tool for your Empower GRIT discovery journey. 💙

The Pattern Journal gives you time and space to notice your everyday experience—what changes, what repeats, what supports you, and what you might otherwise overlook.

Our first guided assessment experience will use that same approach while giving you a different way to explore.

Instead of observing your experience over 12 weeks, you'll be guided through specific areas of your mind, body, health, lifestyle, and everyday experience—with a little help knowing what to look for along the way.

You’ll move through short learning experiences, guided activities, and thoughtfully designed questions that help you notice and describe things you may not have considered before.

Then comes an important part of the Empower GRIT approach:

We’ll help bring those individual pieces together.

Your responses will be looked at across different areas of your experience to help identify patterns, possible connections, what seems to support you, areas you may want to explore further, and better questions you can take forward.

Just like the Pattern Journal, you don't need to come in already knowing what everything means.

You bring your experience. We help you know where to look, ask better questions, and make more sense of what you find.

This guided assessment will be another tool available in your Empower GRIT discovery journey—giving you a different way to explore your experiences, recognize patterns, and better understand yourself.

We’re building it now and look forward to sharing more with you soon.

Notice. Understand. Choose.

Introducing Perspectives 💙

Sometimes an article, idea, or different way of looking at something makes you stop and think:

“That sounds like me.”

Or:

“I’ve never thought about it that way before.”

That’s what Perspectives is for.

This is a place where we’ll share articles, research, ideas, and interesting ways of looking at the things that can shape our everyday experiences—from our minds and bodies to our relationships, work, environments, energy, habits, and more.

You might find something that helps put words to an experience you’ve had.

Something that gives you a new question to consider.

Something that connects with a pattern you’ve been noticing.

Or simply an idea you want to learn more about.

Perspectives isn’t about giving you more information just for the sake of having more information.

It’s about sharing things that may help you make sense of what you’re already experiencing—and giving you new places to look when something resonates.

As you explore, consider:

What stood out to me?
Does anything here connect with my own experience?
Did this give me something new to notice or think about?
Is there something here I want to explore further?

And when something resonates, share what you noticed. Your experience may help someone else recognize something in theirs.

Welcome to Perspectives—another place to get curious, make connections, and better understand you.

Notice. Understand. Choose.

The Empower GRIT Pattern Journal Is Here

After months of planning, writing, testing, and refining, I'm excited to share that the Empower GRIT Pattern Journal is officially available: https://a.co/d/0fRoEx6U

It was built around one simple belief:
The answers we seek are often hidden in patterns.

Patterns in our health.
Patterns in our habits.
Patterns in our thoughts.
Patterns in how we spend our time, attention, and energy.

The journal is designed to help you create space, notice those patterns, and better understand the connections shaping your daily life.

Because awareness creates understanding.
Understanding creates choice.

This is just the beginning for Empower GRIT, and I'm excited to share what's coming next.

Notice. Understand. Choose.
