How Do Foursight Speed Networking Events Work?

Foursight by PCS was designed to be different from Zoom and other similar apps, intentionally so. The idea was to eliminate the issues typically found in Zoom breakout rooms for example. Most people don't want to meet some of the same people they've just met in another room, there's awkwardness regarding who should go first, some talk too much, while others don't have enough time. In other words, people used it because they had no choice, not because it was a better way to conduct these events.

With Foursight - things are different (read: better). If an event has 16 or more attendees - you'll never see the same person for duration of the event. Timing is automated and clearly visible. You'll see when it's your time to talk, then there will be a timer showing you exactly how much you have left. The rest of the 3-4 people in the same room will be muted for the duration of your presentation. Then once you're done, the next person will start talking. The session duration is typically 10 min (4 people x 2min each is 8min), so the last 2 min will be used for having everyone unmuted, for Q&A etc. Then everyone is automatically moved to another room. And the process repeats 5 times for 1hr long networking event. At the end each person will be able to save CSV file with contact info for everyone they met in these rooms.

Simple, automated, efficient and effective! That's Foursight.
