Hey everyone! 🤓 If you’ve been looking for a powerhouse tool to dominate DM automation and boost your agency’s engagement, look no further than Go High Level (GHL). Here’s why GHL is not just a better alternative to ManyChat but a total game-changer—especially with some incredible new features!

🌟 New Feature Spotlight: Facebook & Instagram Comment Automation! 🌟

What’s This All About?

Imagine effortlessly driving sales and engagement on Facebook and Instagram by responding to leads the moment they comment on your posts. With GHL’s new feature, you can:

Engage instantly with leads, never missing an opportunity to connect.

Automate replies and drive conversations without spending more on retargeting ads.

Capture interest at the moment and re-engage leads effectively.

How to Get Started

Before using these features, make sure your Facebook and Instagram accounts are integrated. Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to Settings > Integrations.

2. Hover over the Facebook & Instagram section and connect your account.

New Automation Triggers & Actions

1. Triggers: Once your accounts are linked, head to Workflow Automations and find new triggers under “Facebook/Instagram events”:

Facebook: User comments on a post.

Instagram: User comments on a post.

Use these to capture and automate engagement with your audience.

2. Actions: GHL now supports new communication actions, including:

Facebook Interactive Messenger & Instagram Interactive Messenger.

Options to Reply to DM or Reply to Comment via DM.

Add custom replies, attach files, and even use interactive buttons for more dynamic conversations.

How It Works: Building a Workflow

1. Choose a trigger: For example, “Instagram User comments on a post.”

2. Filter by post type (Published or Custom) and define how to match comments (Phrase Contains or Exact Match).

3. Use Reply to Comment via DM to send an immediate, personalized message.

4. Set up buttons in your DM for even more engagement:

Open Website: Drive traffic directly from the DM.

Call Number: Let leads call you instantly.

Perform Actions: Extend the workflow and keep the conversation going.

5. Configure wait times and default branches to ensure smooth automation flows.

Benefits Over ManyChat

1. Omnichannel Mastery: Beyond just Facebook, automate across SMS, Email, WhatsApp, and more.

2. Integrated CRM & Sales Tools: Manage conversations, book appointments, and even send invoices—all in one place.

3. Advanced Personalization: Use custom fields and tagging to tailor every message, improving conversion rates.

Visual Workflow Examples

Your automations will look sleek and smart, adapting to your posts’ engagement levels.

Imagine comments automatically generating personalized DMs, complete with buttons that drive traffic or initiate calls!

Important Points to Note

You can add up to 3 interactive buttons in Messenger actions.

Triggers must start with “Page is,” and all subsequent filters depend on it.

For DMs, ensure messages are sent within a 7-day window; otherwise, they may fail to deliver.

Conclusion: With these powerful updates, GHL doesn’t just automate DMs—it maximizes your engagement and sales opportunities across multiple platforms. If you’re ready to level up your automation game, Go High Level is the ultimate tool to do it.

Granular User Permissions for Agency and Sub-Account Users

We are proud to announce that we have launched a granular user permission structure, which is a huge leap from our existing permissions module.

This feature is now available in Labs. We urge you to enable the feature in Labs, try it and give us your feedback.

What's New?

  • Agency and Sub-Account admins can apply

    granular permissions

    to their users.

  • This structure also brings a

    new user interface

and end-to-end experience for adding users and setting their permissions.

  • The new permissions structure is

    backward compatible

with the current set of permission structures and their functionalities.

  • Copy Permissions

: Agency and Sub-location admins can copy a user’s granular permissions to another user. For example, when Bob joins the sales team, the admin can clone Alex’s permissions to Bob.

  • Ability to restrict agency admin to specific sub-accounts:

Agency admins can assign agency admins to specific sub-accounts and restrict them from accessing other sub-accounts to which they are not assigned. For example, when Alex, who is an agency admin, can now access only assigned sub-accounts A, B, and C, without compromising his access level.

Why is this necessary?

HighLevel's customer agencies and locations are growing in size. Growth comes with multiple complexities:

  • Agencies and locations have significant customer data and proprietary assets they would like to protect.

  • Different members of an SMB's team, such as sales and marketing, have different skill sets. Admins would like to ensure that these users have access only to CRM modules relevant to their work.

  • Sub-locations don't want two sales members to access each others' leads

  • Agencies may have different account managers for different locations and hence may want to restrict the account managers' access to their assigned locations only.

Each of these use cases requires a granular level of permission definition to achieve its security/management objective. This feature enables our customers to achieve that.
