Question
Where have you recently taken a small step of obedience that brought peace, clarity, or renewed closeness with God?

In a world where social media perfectionism seems to be almost glorified or deified, it is time that as Christian entrepreneurs and leaders we step out of that playground, that arena, and actually step into something that is real, true, and authentic.
You see, when we come together as men and women who have a desire to lead and grow, it requires a level of transparency. Removing the veil. Going behind the curtain to see what is actually going on inside each one of us. When we do that, we open up the opportunity for others to see us for who we are as humans. People who make mistakes. People who have struggles. People who have pain and heartache.
We need to identify with who we truly are on the inside so that, as a community, we can come alongside one another and share a little bit more.
I come from a history of discipline and hard work. Boundaries. Rules. Regulations. But I desire to live a life that is more aligned with the freedom and blessing that God gives. Yes, He gives us boundaries. Yes, He gives us rules to live by. Yes, He gives us guidelines. He gives us boundary stones. He actually gives us freedom. Freedom to choose what is right. Freedom to choose what is good. Freedom to choose.
That is a powerful, powerful gift.
Today, I choose transparency. Today, I choose to have open, honest, unfiltered conversations with those who are called to lead more powerfully. If that is you, go ahead and let me know. Reach out. Letβs have a conversation and see how we can support one another in what God has called us into.
