New member but thought id share my experience after 1 month of crate/tote rentals.

Context: i live and operate in a city of just under 500k population. Minimal serious competition (yet). One other operator popped up a week or so after we went live but seems to be quite inactive in the market. This is very much a new concept to our market (we are outside US). We have kept pricing relatively lean both as an incentive to encourage customers and to deter competition.

My partner and I both work full time and have been managing deliveries outside of business hours or on weekends.

We have just received our 4th order. Largest yet, which will consume our 'lean startup' inventory. It's been a slow start, but useful as we have gone overboard with eliciting feedback and improving processes for future business. We have also added a booking system to our platform. Other than a few facebook posts and a well SEO'd website, there has been no marketing, certainly no paid marketing.

We have just expanded our inventory to 300(ish) totes. We have a great deal and have been buying these second hand, very good quality but we have just wiped out their stock. It will be new stock from here. Storage will be fun when we dont have orders out :)

I have been using Shopify as a CMS/website for managing orders etc. but i am interested in ToteFlow (this is what brought me here). Very interested in any examples of people using this already and those experiences.

Grateful for finding this community. ill be glued to inputs on CMS, inventory management and marketing. Particularly interested in anyone who has deployed and using ToteFlow.
