Hey, I'm David — and if you're here, you're probably either already renting totes or seriously thinking about it. Either way, you're in the right place.

My wife Nikki and I built Totes on Loan from scratch in Fort Wayne, Indiana. No playbook. No mentor. A lot of trial and error, real money on the line, and lessons we had to learn the hard way.

That's exactly why this community exists.

Here you'll get:

Real strategies for pricing, logistics, and getting your first customers

Marketing and social media approaches that actually work for rental businesses

A community of owners who get it — and are building alongside you

Systems and tools we use to run our operation day-to-day

We're not going to fluff you with theory. We're going to share what's working right now in our business, and help you build yours.

Before anything else — drop a comment and introduce yourself. Tell us where you're located, where you are in your journey (thinking about it, just launched, already scaling), and one thing you're hoping to figure out.

Glad you're here. Let's build something.
