A new course is now available in the community: 📺Your Pattern Journal Journey This free companion course was created to help you get more from your Empower GRIT Pattern Journal as you move through your 12-week journey. You’ll find guidance to help you: • get started with your journal and baseline • complete your first daily entry • learn how to notice and recognize possible patterns • make the most of your weekly and monthly check-ins • return without judgment when you miss days or journaling feels hard • reflect on what you’ve learned at the end of your 12 weeks • decide what feels most relevant for you next You don’t need to complete the course before starting your journal. Start with the Welcome and Getting Started lessons, then come back to the course as you reach each new part of your journal experience. Think of it as a companion that’s here when you need it—not another thing you need to finish. 👉 Start Your Pattern Journal Journey Notice. Understand. Choose.
