What marketing method seems to be giving you the best results?

I've done the following:

-Facebook Marketplace Listing

-Website with SEO

-Reached out by email to realtors

-Left business cards with apartment complexes to hand out in welcome packets

I was planning to make a door hanger next, and hang it on doors in nearby apartment complexes.

I've also considered paid digital ads on Facebook, Google, or other.

I've just started...but so far, I've only gotten a few customers from the Facebook listing.

Looking for any advise you may have.
